You are expected to have a doctoral degree, preferably in agroecology, ecology, agronomy, plant sciences, environmental sciences or in a similar field. Transdisciplinary research experience is a plus. You have knowledge about fundamental ecological concepts such as plant competition and plant facilitation and about transdisciplinary research methods. You have an affinity for research at the interface between ecology and agriculture. You have experience in experimental work with plants, ideally combining research under greenhouse conditions and in the field. You are willing to travel frequently to our study location in North Macedonia. You are proficient in English and with scientific writing skills in English, while knowledge of Macedonian or Albanian is a plus.
