Environmental Art

Environmental art includes Forestscape Design and Visual Storytelling. I integrate watercolor, photography, and compelling facts about rainforest habitat and pollinators. Final prints are rendered on archival paper or organic fabric.

Originals and limited edition prints of my art have been exhibited at the Bruce Museum of Arts and Sciences, the Smithsonian Institution and the Museum of Natural History in the United States, as well as organic cotton fabric banners at COP22 in Morocco and COP23 in Germany, the Global Climate Action Summit in San Francisco.

A Declaration for the 4p1000 Initiative‘s purpose statement was the theme of a banner, that was signed by Agricultural Ministers and organizations from around the world at COP22 in Morocco.

Drawdown was the theme of the banner created for COP23 in Germany. It was signed by research scientists for Project Drawdown as well as members of the audience in Germany, and continues to be signed in the USA.

The theme of the COP24 banner is REGENERATION. COP attendees will be signing their names, organizational affiliation and country of origin within the leaves and roots. The banner debuted at Soil Not Oil and the Global Climate Action Summit in San Francisco.
